Embedding Jpeg in SVG
This php script will encode a jpeg image into a SVG object. Code is two parts one includes header info for embeding the script into a html document, the other part outputs the resulting svg to a file.
Input: path and name of the input image path and name of the output file, script should have permission to write.
Assumptions: well formed images and file names.
